Why we’re different – We take travel news and turn it social. We’re on Facebook, Twitter, and about a dozen other social-network services that you probably wouldn’t have heard of before. We also try to engage our users by using polls, LiveChat, Skype and providing tailored travel advice.
We’re niche – Our format aims for a little bit of viral to be mixed in with travel information, as well as general Thai news that would be of interest to an international market.
Stats & Figures – Thai Travel News attracts around 60,000 unique visitors per month during a usual month. This figure can rise sharply depending on the international focus of the media. During the 2011 floods, we managed to attract 250,000 in a single month.
